Workshops, Courses & Talks:
Talk Advanced Booking Conditions:
All free events should be booked via email in advance to secure your place.
Course/Workshop Advanced Booking Conditions:
Enquiries for all bookings and payments can be made by email via our website.
All events can be booked online, using our Online Event Booking service. We will confirm receipt of your booking request and inform you of our preferred payment method. Events should be booked with us BEFORE the booking closing date, as we may not be able to accommodate late bookings.
All events should be paid in full on booking. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received. Bookings and payment for some events can be made via our Online Store, and online payment is via our secure payment provider - PayPal.
If you cancel any course/workshop/talk up to one month prior to commencement then the fee will be refunded less £15 administration costs. You may transfer any payment to another course at no charge up to one week before start date. No fee is refunded due to non attendance, or cancellation with less than seven days notice.
If any course/workshop is cancelled by Spirit Of ISIS your monies will be returned in full or transferred to another course of your choice. We may cancel an event if we have taken insufficient bookings after the event booking closing date.
We reserve the right to alter the venue for any workshop or course.
Goods:
General:
No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the Goods are despatched by the Seller.
Prices:
All prices displayed include VAT, where applicable.
The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering.
Delivery:
The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
Our Standard Delivery period to the UK is 7 days from time of order.
Delivery Charges:
Spirit Of ISIS uses Royal Mail delivery, our delivery charges are in accordance with their standard rates plus Packaging charges all included in the delivery scale below.
Postage charged at Standard 1st Class Recorded Signed For Service to mainland UK unless otherwise stated. You will need to sign for your delivery, so ensure a valid postal address is given in your order.

Payment:
Payment is due at the time of order.
Goods remain the property of Spirit Of ISIS until fully paid for.
Refunds Policy:
Colour Reproduction - Please note that we try our hardest to reproduce the colours of the items. However, this is not always possible and the colours may differ very slightly. If you are unhappy with your item when you received it then we will gladly refund your money on receipt of the returned item.
Faulty items can be returned for a full refund or replacement at the discretion of the customer. Any unopened and unused item can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Returned items will be checked and if found to be used or opened no refund will be given and a charge to re-post will be made. Spirit Of ISIS will not be responsible for any return costs in this situation. You must notify in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all of your order. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Any goods returned after the 7 day period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We must be able to resell goods in as new condition. Any goods where packaging has been damaged and therefore rendered un-resalable will not be refunded.
Please make sure you have purchased the correct item for your needs before opening any packaging.
Warranty:
Products sold by Spirit Of ISIS are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse.
Returned Goods:
Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 7 days will not be accepted.
Returned goods must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging.
Damaged Returns
The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.
The Sellers failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.
Legal Liability:
The contracts from the sales of goods by Spirit Of ISIS shall be subject to and governed by English law.
Liability of Spirit Of ISIS shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Spirit Of ISIS cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.
